i did this just now completely skeptical and when it worked i just fell over onto my bed and sobbed into my blanket
ok important make sure you’re grabbing across/over the shirt instead of the side nearest to you because i was doing that for like 5 minutes and getting pissed that i couldn’t folow simple instructions correctly. but then i did it right it’s basically magic

Jesus Asos, get your shit together. I ordered a pair of Women Black LoPro Vans in 9 (own several pairs, always wore 9) and they sent me a 9.5. Nowhere did they indicate they were carrying half sizes, and the Vans/Asos size charts are accurate to what I already know (which is, I wear a size 9). This is the second time they sent me an item I ordered in the wrong size despite what I ordered, and since they don’t automatically replace items - if the items aren’t available/aren’t in my size anymore I can’t re-purchase them in the hopes that this time they’ll get it right.
